Well I went to the Weight-In on Wednesday evening. I lost 3.2 pounds since the week before. So I am really motivated for this week to continue in my losing streak. Another 15 lbs to go or better.

Ooh good for you dear. What's the program like? Do u have to eat horrid-tasting stuff?
Sabrina- No horrible food. Just tracking what you eat and getting a little walking. program works very well. It is a life style change not a diet.
