Stupid is as Stupid Does- Electric Wires in a Pool

This is a real picture of several Yahoo's. Notice the electric cord and electric wires and etc. in the middle of the Pool.

I do hope they are not Electricians as they are not even bright Sparks. Hope they haven't decided to donate to any Sperm Banks.
